Core Training Workouts

More than just a typical workout that you can experience in a gym, this complete CORE TRAINING system guides you, day by day, step by step, through the entire 7-week Program. Oswaldo Koch and fitness experts designed this program to help you achieve extraordinary results in only 7 weeks.
