Core Challenge -Week Seven

IF YOU EXPECT TO SUCCEED, YOU'LL SUCCEED.



When you feel that you will achieve what you set out to do, you open the way for miracles. By now, I'm sure you've experienced a significant increase in strength, flexibility and coordination. In fact, right now, you are leaner and stronger than 7 weeks ago.

Calory Blast is a particular form of aerobic class exercises. Aerobics classes generally involve rapid stepping patterns, performed to music with cues provided by an instructor. This type of aerobic activity became quite popular in the United States after the 1970 publication of The New Aerobics by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper.

"Calorie Blast" accelerates fat burning like never before with the perfect combo of cardio, power core rotation and hot music. Calorie Blasts accelerate fat burning as you target your upper body, lower body and core.

Among the recognized benefits of practicing aerobic exercises such as Calory Blast are:
  • Strengthening and enlarging the heart muscle by improving its pumping efficiency and reduce the resting heart rate.
  • Strengthening the muscles involved in respiration by facilitating the flow of air in and out of the lungs.
  • Toning muscles throughout the body by improving circulation efficiency and reducing the accumulating of fat deposits in the arteries.
  • Increasing the total number of red blood cells in the body, facilitating transport of oxygen
    Improved mental health, including reducing stress and lowering the incidence of depression.

In addition to the health benefits of aerobic exercise, there are numerous performance benefits:

  • Increased storage of energy molecules such as fats and carbohydrates within the muscles, allowing for increased endurance.
  • Increased blood flow through the muscles.
  • Increasing speed at which aerobic metabolism is activated within muscles, allowing a greater portion of energy for intense exercise to be generated aerobically.
  • Improving the ability of muscles to use fats during exercise, preserving intramuscular glycogen.
  • Enhancing the speed at which muscles recover from high intensity exercise
