Three Major Reasons for not exercising everyday.

1. No time.
I'm with you here. But you know, all successful people make time to practice what it takes to be successful. The practice of core training and self-mastery is an ongoing journey of fitness and prosperity. Time is a choice, not a limitation. Who's in charge of YOUR life, anyway?

2. No need.
There are hundreds of muscles in the core of your body - the abdominals (all layers), lower and mid back, pelvic region, obliques and the popular 'love handle' areas are loaded with muscles of all different sizes, shapes, lengths and angles - which require specific exercises to produce the desired strength training effect for optimal fitness.

A big mistake many people, even trainers, make is to mimic the core training routines of bodybuilders or power-lifters. The problem with that is most people are not bodybuilders or power-lifters - and these people tend to over-train. The problems here range from a lot of wasted time to serious, long term injuries.

3. No interest.
If you've read this information to this point, then you're clearly interested in knowing how to improve YOUR core muscles and overall fitness. Some people say they aren't interested as a way to cover-up a deeper excuse, often to hide the fact that they don't have the desire and aspiration for a better life.

Simply ask yourself the following question. Are YOU happy with your health and level of fitness? Are YOU exercising enough to achieve an maintain optimal fitness?

Now are you prepared to take action?

Think about this? I can't do anything about anyone's past mistakes, but I can surely help you prevent potential future ones. But I'll need you to make a decision. You've got to make the next move.

Be serious about creating wealth, DO IT NOW - don't leave this web page and come back later... You know you never will. And anyway, this offer may no longer be available. So, TAKE ACTION NOW!

Confucius said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." It is now your turn to make the decision to take that first step.

THE NEED FOR CORE TRAINING

Your core is where all movement in your body originates. The core muscles of your body are your center of gravity. Strong core muscles - abdominal, back and pelvis - provide support to your spine for everything from walking, lifting and standing to sitting.

Core training is essential to sports performance and injury prevention. The body's core muscles are the foundation for all other movement. The muscles of the torso stabilize the spine and provide a solid foundation for movement in the extremities.

Training the muscles of the core also corrects postural imbalances that can lead to injuries. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness - that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities.

Strong core muscles are the foundation for sustaining health and fitness, however they are often neglected. Most people have weak core muscle, which are the cause of many injuries, poor posture and lower back pain and injury.

YOU CAN PRACTICE CORE TRAINING ANYWHERE

Core muscles are the transverse abdominis (3rd, 4th, and 5th muscles, posterior torso), the Perineil muscle floor (lower torso), and the Gluteal muscle complex (minimus, medius and maximus, anterior torso).

Core muscles act in unison as a girdle for the torso. They are also the primary stabilizers of the spine. This combination of muscles provides stability and support of your spine in every activity. Whether you are walking, running, jumping, or sitting at a desk, your core muscles are the foundation for all movement, power and strength in your body.
