Success
Story
As
a mom of two young kids I never would have believed it possible to lose 18 pounds
and 9 percent body fat in only 100 days. Working as a fitness professional for
the past 16 years, I would have thought it was just another gimmick, but I tried
it and it was amazing-simple, effective and very importantly fun! Now I can even
do 3 sets of 20 push-ups where as when I began I could hardly do two!
Who
would have thought that something so basic, simple
and fun could have such profound results!
