Core Challenge -Week Three

YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU DEEPLY DESIRE.



You have establish a routine by now and perhaps made some important changes in your exercise and meal schedule. During week 3 you will focus on Body Toning and Detoxification. Day by day, you will get leaner and stronger!

You have come a long way and your body will be reaping the rewards of your endeavor. Keep up with the routine. Keep up with the routine, even it you don't feel like it on some days. If you really feel down in the dumps, do something positive - listen to the powerful audio program Intuitive Power or try a relaxing routine with the Body Relaxation Program.

Now is not the time to give up of to flater. Keep going - YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU DEEPLY DESIRE. You can do anything in this world you want to do, but you must want to do it badly enough. You really can have everything you want, if you go after it. You have to want it.

The first and most important ingredient of success is desire. Do you know what you want?
Your desire is the planting of your seed. Your desire for success must be so strong within you
that it's the very breath of your life. It must be your first thought when you wake in the morning, and your last thought when you go to bed at night. You can be whatever you make up your mind to be. Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.

Well, you will be successful if you follow the Body Toning program suggested during your thrid weeks of your Core Challenge. Please read the following schedule:
