Core Challenge -Week One

You have the power to change, and no one can take that away!


The great thing about the first week of your Core Challenge is that it gives you the opportunity to have fun and experiment with a range of different drinks, foods and exercises. Here is how:

Imagine, less than 2 week from know, having the chance to inspire millions of people and doing things you've been putting off, having the energy to be creative and productive at home and work, knowing that you have control of your life to achieve anything you want. Well, you will be successful if you follow the Body Conditioning program suggested for the
first week of your Core Challenge. Please read the following schedule:
