The Core Challenge is a fitness education and behavioral change program open to every person willing to make exercise and proper nutrition a top priority in their lives.

This challenge is a 100-day fitness and wellness contest based on proven principles to enhance the health and productivity of individuals and organizations, as well as protect our environment.
