F.I.T.T Monitoring

F.I.T.T. stands for frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise. These are the four elements you need to think about to create workouts that fit your goals and fitness level. This will help to improve all your major muscle groups and will help you prevent injuries. Planning for your weekly schedule, use the following guide to become familiar with the FITT Principle:

     
 

FITT Principle Guide:

  • Frequency: Training should be every day - twice a day.

  • Intensity: Mornings - Moderate; Evenings - High-intensity.

  • Time: Each routine takes 15 minutes.

  • Type: Depending on your desired goals and outcome, you can mix and match the following routine, as needed.

    • Body Blast - Beginner Level

    • Body Endurance - Intermediate Level

    • Calory Blast - Advanced Level
