Core Milestones
Keep your eyes on the prize!

Like any project, starting The Core Challenge is exciting, but it can also be daunting. With so much to learned, so much to do, and so much we want to achieve; the question is, how do we know where to start? And, how can we tell if we’re moving in the right direction?

The Core Milestones will help us understand where we are on our journey. We are likely to have different goals and different measures of success in life. However, the Core Milestones will help us get started and appraise our daily performance. They are based on best practices from the study of success and personal development. Having the courage to achieve any of the following milestones that can help us to make more balance, productive and happier.

Hydration

Drink 8 glasses of water

 

 

No alcohol

 

 

No coffee

 

 

No soda drink

 

 

Drink homemade juices - apple, orange, lemon, berries

 

Nutrition

Breakfast no late than 7am - Morning Juice

   

Lunch at noon - Wholesome homemade food

 

Dinner no late than 7pm - only Nourishing soups

   

No white sugar

 

No white flower

 

Eat more greens

 

Eat clean - avoid processed food

 

Exercise

Morning routine - 15 minutes

 

 

Evening routine - 15 minutes

 

 

4 x 50 push-up (men) 4 - 20 push-ups (women) during the day

 

 

Run 10k (6.2 Miles) once a week

 

 

Swim 2k once a week

 

 

Walk 2k every day

 

 

Practice sports regularly

 

Hygiene

Eliminate belly fat

   

Drink herbal tea every day

 

Drink the Detoxification Juice once a week

   

Wash your hand before eating

 

Don't touch your face with dirty hands

 

Brush your teeth right after eat

 

Energy

Go to sleep at 10pm

 

 

Wake up at 5am

 

 

Take a morning cold shower

 

 

Listen classical music

 

 

Practice meditation & positive thinking

 

 

Practice body massage and relaxation


Most of the time participants of The Core Challenge will achieve most of these milestones after taking the challenge 3 times.
The key is to achieve these milestones incrementally. Then, the challenge is to keep the milestone the rest of the 100 day challenge. This will encourage you to work better for the sake measuring your daily results.
