Exercise Plan
Daily exercise is the key to excellent health!

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you know that exercise should be an essential part of your routine. But the benefits of physical activity go far beyond just physical fitness. Daily exercise has many benefits such as:

  • makes muscles stronger and enhances quality of life
  • increases coordination and helps prevent injuries
  • promotes good quality sleep and mental faculties
  • helps boost self-esteem and sense of well-being
  • better cardiovascular health
  • lower risk of cancer and stroke
  • slowing of bone density loss associated with age
  • makes everyday tasks easier.

Core Exercise Principles - Whether we take part in activity for enjoyment or because we’re aiming to achieve a specific goal, exercise will place stress on our bodies. Understanding exercise principles allows us to monitor the stress (exercise load) placed upon our bodies in order to make the training safe and effective, helping us to achieve our fitness goals. So let’s take a look at the Exercise Core Principles:

Core Exercise Principles:

  • Conditioning - The process of training and adapting to a new environment or activity.

  • Relaxation - The state where effort ceases and renewal of mind and body begins.

  • Flexibility - The capacity to adapt to any movement and bend without breaking.

  • Coordination - The harmonious functioning among parts.

  • Strength - The force and energy available to withstand or overcome external forces.

  • Endurance - The ability to withstand prolonged resistance.

Core Training Guidelines - Before planning your fitness activities, you have to create guidelines. Knowing your fitness guidelines will help you to establish priorities in your daily planning. Your fitness guidelines will help you to make decisions more efficiently and eliminate activities that do not support your fitness goals. Here are the Master Moves fitness guidelines:

Core Training Guidelines:

  1. Sleep a minimum of 7 hours per day.

  2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day

  3. Detoxify your body regularly.

  4. Shower or clean your body twice a day.

  5. Exercise 15 minutes twice a day.

  6. Eat healthy food.

  7. Stretch your body every 2 hours.

  8. Eat meals regularly and don't skip meals.

The Ideal Fitness Plan - Your body is a complex machine and, like any machine, it needs regular maintenance to keep it working efficiently. More importantly, your body needs daily nutrients and fluids to provide it with the energy it needs to keep it healthy and fit. The key to stay health and fit is to integrate the Core Training Guidelines in your daily schedule. Here's an example of an ideal exercise plan:
