Every condition, every experience of life is the result of our mental attitude - the way we think or feel about someone or something. Everything must start with an idea. Every event, every condition, every thing is first an idea or blueprint in the mind of someone. Before we start to build a house, we have and idea of the house. We draw up a plan of the house. We make a blueprint of that plan, and we build a house in accordance with the blueprint.

Whether you want to change the world or just change yourself, no one is going to do it for you. To change your lives, you need to change your attitude - the way you see things. To chance your attitude, you need a plan and a blueprint of the life you want, and like building a house, everyday take action in accordance with your life's blueprint.

Step out of Your Comfort Zone

  • face your fears - set short-term and long-term goals
  • break free from your limitations - create an action plan
  • build your confidence - take action to achieve your goals
  • be exposed to the possibilities of change - accept discomfort
  • be bold - push yourself to do more each day.

Keep a positive attitude

  • focus on your goals - what you are, what you have, all depend upon what you think

  • resist procrastination - take a deep breath and make a choice to remain focused
  • take action - be focused and disciplined to complete the work in one go.

Final Note: At any time, to manage change better, we need to reflect on what matters most to keep a positive attitude. This means to be aware of the good things in life, be more focused and get more things done quickly.
