The practice of relaxation promotes concentration, balance and inner peace to act on your dreams. By practicing relaxation, Edison used to think on a rocking-chair and enhance his imagination and creativity. Herodotus, Leonardo da Vinci and Plato, learned to use relaxation to solve problems, get insights and feel inspired to make your dreams come true - inspiration and insights come only when the mind is calm and the body is relaxed.
