Core Speed Program

This program will show you exercises that will help you develop lean, fast and powerful muscles. The program is based on basic Martial Arts training.

Core Speed rns for approximately 30 minutes. The first section is 15 minutes instructions. The second section is 15 exercises.

- Body Conditioning Program
- Body Toning Program
- Body Flexibility
