We want energy so that we can live to the fullest so that we can get through our day without feeling like we've just finished a 42k marathon. We want to feel alive and present, and this can be pretty difficult when you've got so much responsibility in a given day. Our energy level is deeply linked to our breathing, so becoming more aware of how we breathe-and performing a few simple exercises-can truly change the way we feel in our day-to-day activities. There is a way to do it while following a daily practice.
