Body Endurance Program

This DVD demonstrates exercises that will help you increase your stamina and endurance, so that you can perform at a high level for extended periods of time. The video tape runs for approximately 30 minutes. The tape is accompanied by a 120-page manual which contains exercise instructions and has a 100-day progress tracking section.
