Ham and Brie Sandwich (2 SERVINGS)


  • 6 slices black forest ham
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves.

Cooking Directions:

  • Assemble the sandwiches by layering the ham, brie cheese, mustard and spinach equal amounts on two pieces of bread, topping with the remaining two slices of bread.

Important: Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and place it in the frigge inside a plastic container. Next day, take it to work or picnic.
