One of the most important lessons I've learned is that life has numerous challenges in store for each of us, some expected, some unexpected. Some are merely "speed bumps," and others are like a stone wall. I've also learned that the attitude and skills we develop in the kitchen have a powerful impact on the development of your self-esteem, skills, character and courage, as well as your success in life.

We can become healthier, stronger, younger looking and more disease resistant if learn to be successful in the kitchen. Unfortunately, most people are eating their way to an early grave because they never learn and adopt best practices for planing, organizing, preparing and cooking healthy meals.The key is to know what foods to eat heartily, what foods to eat in moderation, and what foods to avoid.

We can choose to eat unhealthy foods that bring about degeneration and accelerate the aging process, or we can choose to eat living food that help protect our bodies from disease and give us more vitality.I believe that God has given us food, like life, to enjoy.

This manual is designed to help you make good choices about how to think and eat in that way that bring you freedom in every area of your life. It's not about what you can't do; it's about what you can do to start taking responsibility for your health and success in life.
