The pictures we are sharing with you in this site will show you the hard work we did producing the Master Moves programs. In 2005, over 80 people worked long hours in the filming of Master Moves. We rented a large studio and we produced the instructional DVDs you received with your program:

Our goal is to help you experience your optimal level of mental and physical fitness. Day by day, during the next 100 days of core training, you will increase your confidence, tenacity and patience to follow your dreams faithfully!

An estimated 300,000 death are attributed to obesity in North America each year. Being overweight is a risk factor for many chronic disease, such as diabetes, heart disease and certain cancers. It also has far reaching effects on a person's self esteem and confidence. Obesity is not only hard on health, it is hard on the national pocketbook. The health-related cost of treating obesity are estimated at $120 billions per year in North America. According to a report from the U.S. Surgeon General, obese individual have 50 to 100 percent greater risk of premature death from all caused than individuals without excess weight.

It may be comforting to know that even small losses can result in great health rewards. Gaining muscles and losing fat during the next 100 days can dramatically improve your health. Eliminating belly fat will lower your blood pressure, cholesterol level and blood sugar. As a result you will have more energy and feel motivated to achieve better results following The Core Challenge.
