THE CLEANSING JUICE (1 SERVING)

The vegetable cleansing juice combines insoluble fibers (spinach, ginger and celery) with soluble fibers (apples, and carrots). This great combination of fibers, enzymes and vitamins, helps to cleanse the digestive system by promoting the elimination of intestinal residue, cholesterol, and bile acids. You should drink this juice at least once a week for lunch, ideally during the weekend.

Ingredients:

  • Chopped celery sticks (4)
  • Chopped carrots (2 large)
  • Chopped apple (1 medium)
  • Spinach leaves (5 large)
  • Raw ginger (1/2 of an inch)
  • Water (1 1/2 glass )

Directions:

  • Clean and chop the celery, carrots and place in a blender.
  • Add 1 glass of water and blend (1 minute approx.).
  • Strain the mixture until all the juice is extracted and put pulp aside.
  • Clean the spinach, apple and ginger and place in a blender.
  • Add 1/2 glass of water and blend (1 minute).
  • Strain the mixture until all the juice is extracted and put pulp aside.
  • Put all the pulp back to the blender, add 1/2 glass of water and blend (1 minute).
  • Add the mix to the juice.

Enjoy the cleansing effect on your body.
