SIMPLE CHICKEN SOUP (6 SERVINGS)

This is the easiest, tastiest and most nutritious chicken soup.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts (2, preferably with bones)
  • Diced potatoes (2, large)
  • Diced celery stalks (3, large)
  • Diced carrots (4, large)
  • Cumin (1/2 tsp)
  • Chicken stock powder (1 tbsp)
  • Vegetable stock powder (1 tbsp)
  • Sea Salt (1 tbsp)
  • Water (5 cups)
  • Oregano (1/2 tsp)
  • Pepper (to your taste)
  • Olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • Crushed Garlic (1 tbsp)

Directions:

  • Boil the whole chicken breasts for 15 minutes.
  • Turn heat to low and add the rest of ingredients.
  • Let simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and cut in small pieces (discard chicken bones).
  • Add chicken back to mixture, stir and serve.
