IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH WITH THE MASTERMOVES HEALTHY EATING PLANS

  • Breakfast should vary only slightly and consist primarily of fresh fruit, nuts and natural cereals. Make certain to eat at least three different pieces of fruit every day.

  • Snacks should consist mainly of nuts and dried fruits which are ideal sources of natural energy. They are a perfect replacement for unwholesome, processed sweets.

  • Lunch should always contain fresh, green vegetables, ideally spinach or lettuce. In addition to vegetables, your meals should be simple and moderate, combining carbohydrates and proteins.

  • Dinner should complement all of the meals that you have during a day. Dinner is an ideal time to eat food which requires more energy to digest.
