Lunch should always contain fresh, green vegetables, ideally spinach or lettuce. In addition to vegetables, your meals should be simple and moderate, combining carbohydrates and proteins.

Dinner should complement all of the meals that you have during a day. Dinner is an ideal time to eat food which requires more energy to digest.
