TUNA & FETA CHEESE SALAD
(2 SERVINGS)

This is an easy, delicious and light meal.

Ingredients:

  • Tuna (1 can)
  • Fresh Feta cheese (50 grams)
  • Fresh spinach (20 leaves)
  • Finely chopped apple (1)
  • Plain yoghurt (2 tbsp)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
  • Oregano (1/2 tsp)

Directions:

  • Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, oregano and salt
    together in a small cup.
  • Chop spinach in 1 inch pieces and, using a large bowl, mix it with the tuna, apple and cheese (chopped in small cubes).
  • Add dressing to the salad and mix well.

Note: Serve with rice or boiled potatoes on the side.
