  • Celery (2 stalks)
  • Orange (1 large)
  • Apple (1 large)
  • Mixed berries (1 cup, frozen or fresh)
  • Parsley (1/2 cup, chooped)
  • Radish (4 pieces)
  • Cranberry juice 1 cup (250 ml)


  • Wash the ingredients thoroughly
  • Cut the ingredients in small pieces.
  • Blend hard ingredients with water (3 minutes)
  • Add the rest of ingredients and juice (blend for 2 minutes)
