Many diseases create tremendous amount of free radicals (atoms with unpaired electrons), including most cancers, arthritis, coronary artery disease, asthma, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Frequent colds, flu, sinus infections, and bronchitis, and mental stress, create more free radicals.


Different antioxidants are able to neutralize free radicals in every part of the body. A terrific study in 2004 tested the antioxidant power and more than one hundred different kinds of fruit, vegetables nuts, and spices. Some of the best sources are:

  • Red kidney beans, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, raspberries, apples, pecans, cherries, potatoes (cooked), strawberries, prunes.
  • Strawberries (5)
  • Orange, peeled, seeded and quartered (1)
  • Blueberries or blackberries (1/2 cup - 120 ml.)
  • Simple Serial (1/2 cup)
  • Honey Bee (2 tablespoons)
  • Water (1/2 cup)
  • Peeled, seeded and quartered the orange and any other fruits into pieces and blend them with the water until smooth ( 2 minutes approx..)
  • Add the honey bee sugar and Simple Cereal to the mix and blend for another minute.
