To
play sports pain free, you must exercise your core muscles
regularly. Your core consists of many different muscles
that stabilize the spine, pelvis, and run the entire
length of the torso. My favorite core training program
is Master Moves. Why? Because the exercise routines
are designed to exercise all of these muscle groups
in just 15 minutes per day. They are fun and you can
do them anytime and anywhere!
When
I first completed 100 days of training with Master Moves,
I did it for the general benefits that a lot of people
are looking for - to lose some extra pounds, strengthen
my core to achieve better posture, and improve my overall
fitness. I was very impressed with my results - I lost
15 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle! Even
better though, was the impact on my golf game! I
love to golf, but I don't get to play as often as I
like. I also work full time and have three young daughters
who are too young to golf yet!
Before
using Master Moves I found that every time I played
golf, even if I warmed up properly (and seriously, who
really does on a regular basis), I would end up feeling
stiff and sore by the 12th or 13th hole. Often the pain
in my back would also cause a headache and I'd have
to reach into my golf bag for a couple of Advil. I would
pay for it the next day as well, suffering from back
pain and headaches (sometimes severe enough that I would
have to go to see my chiropractor for an adjustment).
After

I was amazed at what a difference it made to my golf
experience. The pain went away. I was not golfing anymore
frequently, or warming up thoroughly, but my increased
core strength and flexibility meant that I no longer
had to take pain killers shortly after the turn. And
the next day, I felt fine and could function at 100%.
Golf became even more enjoyable (kind of like when I
was 15 and could play 36 holes and still have energy
to burn!).
In
addition, my overall game has improved, as my drives
are longer and straighter. And, as you'll see from this

in the morning and 15 minutes late in the day or evening
is all it takes and you'll get amazing results.
