BODY DETOXIFICATION

The human body is like a high-performance race car, like a BMW. So, you have to drive your car with the best fuel and you have to maintain it regularly to enjoy your car in good condition for many years. When you put clean and healthy nutrients into your body, and exercise daily, your body produces positive body chemicals. These chemicals change how you look and feel. They allow you to radiate high energy that attracts into your world anything you want. The ability to be healthy and strong is the key for achieving happiness and success.

It's time to take responsibility and treat your body as the greatest gift you ever received. A high-quality life starts with the development of a healthy and fit body. Don't rush into this new year trying to catch up or make up for what you didn't do in the past. Get a fresh start by avoiding these foods:

Weight gain, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and inflammatory diseases - cataracts, arthritis, etc.

Also known as the large intestine, your colon is the sewer system of your body and all sewer systems need maintenance. During the course of the day, your colon will eliminate unhealthy and unwanted substances in the form of bowel movement. Bad breath, body odor, fatigue, insomnia and abdominal gas all occur when your colon is toxic and due in for maintenance.

If your gut is toxic, you body needs a lot of energy to digest your meal, leaving you fatigued and stressed. Poor diet, alcohol, coffee, high levels of stress, and unhealthy lifestyle could cause damage in your colon. Unfortunately, most people don't do anything about until is too late and painful.

The effects of bad nutrition and a lack of exercise not only are visible on the outside but will debilitate your body and mind on the inside. Our bodies are said to be a temple of the Holy Spirit, and through its energy, we can shine as the person we were always meant to be - health, strong, happy and prosperous.

THE PRACTICE OF DETOXIFICATION

To practice daily detoxification, be aware of the following tips:

  • Lemons and oranges aid the body by flushing out toxins and clean the digestive tract.
  • Eating fruits everyday supports the liver in its cleansing processes.
  • Garlic is one of the best cleansing foods. It reduces fat from your skin and arteries
  • Pineapples prevent digestion problems and inflammation
  • Fruits are high in liquid-content which helps repairs and renews damaged cells.

Do you feel tired during the day?

If you do, it is not because you are toxic. It is the result of what you have eaten days, weeks, months and even years before. Diet and exercise can go a long way towards getting better rest at night and being more alert during the day. Balancing healthy eating choices with routine exercise can dramatically improve the way you perform throughout the day. Coffee, sugar drinks, alcohol and drugs are only a temporary fix which mask the symptoms, never actually resolving the root cause at hand. Exercise daily
Exercise at least 15 minutes a day, twice days. Daily exercises will help your body to release endorphins which will increase your energy and make you feel good about yourself.
Practice detoxification
Start by decreasing the amount of refined flour and sugar you consume. Drink 8 glasses of water.

Internal hygiene is as important as taking a shower or brushing your teeth. Practicing internal hygiene is smart for two reasons. First, it helps prevent people from catching and spreading illness and disease; internal hygiene is one of the most effective ways to protect ourselves from many illnesses, such as gastroenteritis. Second, internal hygiene helps people to stay lean and energetic.

Not having good internal hygiene can result in sickness, sluggish immune systems, poor hair, skin and nails, inefficient bowel and digestive systems and more. Internal hygiene is more than just being clean, for example hair looks clean and we smell OK. Internal hygiene is defined as the main practice that help people to look younger and live longer.
