When you look and feel good about your body, you have a greater self-image.

TUNA & FETA CHEESE SALAD (2 portions)

Do you want to live longer in good shape? Try this nutritious salad...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

INGREDIENTS:
" Tuna - 1 can (170grams-- drained)
" Feta cheese - 50 grams
" Fresh spinach - 20 medium-sized leaves
" Simple Dressing (See below)
" Oregano 1 can (170grams-- drained)


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix Simple Dressing and oregano in a small cup.
2. Mix tuna, feta cheese and spinach in a large bowl.
3. Add dressing to salad and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.

SIMPLE DRESSING (2 portions)

INGREDIENTS:
" Low fat natural mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
" Plain yogurt - 2 tbsp.
" Natural Yellow Mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
" Salt and pepper - To your taste
" Juice of a lemon or lime 1 tbsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
Use in salads, as a dip for vegetables or mixed with tuna for sandwiches.
