Personal Responsibility

When you accept responsibility you gain control, therefore there is a direct relationship between the amount of control you have and the amount of responsibility you accept.

In order to accept personal responsibility you need to develop the ability to:

  • Be open to new ideas or concepts.
  • Set clear goals and objectives.
  • Overcome fears.
  • Affirm yourself positively.
  • Recognize that you choose your actions and reactions in your life.
  • Let go of anger, fear, blame and insecurity.
  • Take risks to learn and growth in your life.
  • Accept help for yourself.

REFLECTIONS

Responsibility& Confidence

Responsibility is the key to taking charge of our lives. Being responsible therefore comes with the realization that you are where you are, and what you are, because of your own conduct and behavior. All successful people look upon themselves as the cause of what happens to their life. In contrast, unsuccessful people blame external factors such as people and circumstances when things go wrong, or attribute it to good luck when things go right.

Responsibility is often regarded as a burden, but in reality it is actually a great source of personal power. Responsibility means accepting that you and you alone are accountable for your life. Responsible people fulfill their obligations and do what needs to be done. Responsible people are accountable for their actions, use good judgment, and don’t let people down.

If you take responsibility for your life and stop blaming other people, you will shed that feeling of fear and negativity, and replace it with a feeling of confidence and high self esteem - everything needed to be successful in life.

 MASTERQUOTES

Control Your Own
Destiny

Your greatest power is the power to choose.
At any time you can take the right course of your life.
No one can ever take that away from you.
You can do what you want to do and be who you want to be.

Nature is always supporting your success. Behind Nature is infinite power.
You have the power to choose how to work with Nature.
Before the power to choose, Nature offers endless possibilities.

While your character is formed by your circumstances,
your desires can shape those circumstances.

The one thing over which you have absolute control are your own thoughts.
It is this that puts you in a position to control your own destiny.

Pollutants in Water

Pollutants in water include a wide spectrum of chemicals, pathogens, and physical chemistry or sensory changes. Many of the chemical substances are toxic. Pathogens can produce waterborne diseases in either human or animal hosts. Alteration of water's physical chemistry include acidity, electrical conductivity, temperature, and eutrophication. Eutrophication is the fertilization of surface water by nutrients that were previously scarce. Even many of the municipal water supplies in developed countries can present health risks. Water pollution is a major problem in the global context. It has been suggested that it is the leading worldwide cause of deaths and diseases, and that it accounts for the deaths of more than 14,000 people daily.
