of us exercise because, at a very basic level, we want to look and feel better.
We exercise because it appeals to our sense of vanity and pride. We want to look
and feel good. We
all know we should exercise daily. The problem comes when there is a conflict
between the results you expect from traditional exercises, and what you actually
get. Many people starting an exercise program are told they can expect to lose
around two pounds of fat each week. Some people do. But the majority doesn't.
