in Peru! | I'm back
from 3 weeks in Peru! After sharing
wonderful days in Peru with family and friends, I would like to share my happiness

experiences in Peru still boggle my mind. Peru is a unique country. You will find
not only the famous Inca ruins of Machu Picchu, but also the Amazon Rainforest;
magical Lake Titicaca; the mysterious Nazca Lines; the beautiful Canyon of Colca
and the majestic Andes. Lima, the capital of Peru, was once the capital of the
Spanish Empire and has well preserved colonial architecture and the most renowned
restaurants in South America. By
far the most popular of the Inca trails for trekking is the Capaq Nan trail, which
leads from the village of Ollantaytambo to Machu Picchu, the so-called "Lost
City of the Incas". There are many well-preserved ruins along the way, and
hundreds of thousands of tourists from around the world make the three- or four-day
trek each year, accompanied by guides. Here
are some picture from my last visit to Machu Picchu. Note:

of my most popular ebooks is Relax and Grow Smart where I explain how to learn
and practice Vision Boards. When the DVD The Secret was released, John Assaraf's
story of manifesting his giant mansion by using vision boards popularized the
concept. Many of us, however, have been doing them for years. The DVD is great
and I highly recommend it. You will learn about the Law of Attraction and how
useful are Vision Boards for manifesting your future reality. What
is a Vision Board?
A
vision board, also called a Mind Map, is typically a big poster on which you paste
or collage images that you've torn out from various magazines to represent your
goal or objectives. But there is a sequence for creating a Vision Board in relacionship
with your goals and objectives. The
idea behind this is that when you focus on your goals and objectives, and surround
yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you
want to live, or who you want to marry, your life changes to match those images
and those desires. Keeping your mind focus on your goals and objectives certainly
isn't an easy thing to do. But, after reading the Second Chapter of Relax and
Grow Smart, you will learn how to start using Vision Boards for manifesting your
future reality. I've

Want
To Lose Weight? Drink Water with Salt! By
Oswaldo Koch | Try
consuming several glasses of water with a bit of sea salt before diving into a
snack to see if that takes care of your craving. Signs of hunger may be a warning
flag that your body is need of a good drink. Nothing quells the appetite like
water with a bit of salt Your
body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and
your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water
to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel
to all your organs. Water
also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints
and organs. Water not only fills you up and lessens your appetite, it prevents
those "hungry horrors" we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and
we reach for cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high-calorie treats. Water
also flushes out the system, rids the body of bloat and toxins.
Sea
salt is a vital substance for the survival of all living creatures, particularly
humans. Water and sea salt regulate the water content of the body. Water itself
regulates the water content of the interior of the cell by working its way into
all of the cells it reaches. There are two oceans of water in the body; one ocean
is held inside the cells of the body, and the other ocean is held outside the
cells. Good health depends on a most delicate balance between the volume of these
oceans, and this balance is achieved by salt - unrefined salt.
To
combat this loss of fluids, the answer is simple. Drink water with a bit of sea
salt. Six to ten glasses of pure water with a bit of salt each day are necessary
to enhance your body's functioning. Beyond helping your digestive system, getting
enough fluids will give you fresh skin, clear eyes and shining hair. Because fruits
are largely made up of water, they are perfect snacks.

The
Law of Attraction by

| When
you Apply the Law of Attraction in your life, all you desire can be yours. Is
it easy? No! Does
it take effort? Yes! But you can do it once you understand the principles and
start to integrate them into your life. Let me explain how this powerful law works: Everything
comes to us through the most elemental law of physics - Like Attracts Like! Like
Attracts Like is nothing more than the Law of Attraction. It is absolute and has
nothing to do with your personality, your religious beliefs, being a "good"
or a "bad" person or anything else. No one lives beyond this Law. It
is an unquestionable law of the universe. Scientists
now believe that the universe may be just a large conglomeration of attractor
patterns under which all of nature is guided. These attractor patterns might be
viewed as the underlying cause or 'Mind' of the universe with which science
is learning more and more everyday.
Spiritually
speaking, the law of attraction is a profound truth that has been passed down
to us through the teachings of numerous spiritual traditions throughout history.
It has been explained to us that our actions don't just have an effect in this
life but in future lives and that this is the reason for our fortunes and our
sorrows each minute. In
my book Think and Grow Smart I explain tha the Law of Attraction is simple
in concept but practice is necessary. Daily practice is required for creating
the awareness of this powerful law. But once you "get it", once your
have the awareness of how it works, there is no looking back! It will be part
of you forever. The simplest definition of this law is "like attracts like."
Some important concepts of the Law of Attraction are: - Energy
attracts like energy
- You
are a living magnet.
- You
are the result of your dominat thoughts.
- Energy
are attracted to that which is of a like vibration.
- You
get what you focus on, whether wanted or unwanted.
- Everything
draws to itself that which is like itself.
"As
ye sow, so shall ye reap" is offered to us both as Christians and Buddhists
alike, and Earl Nightengale has given us a modern wake-up call to this pervasive
truth in his "Strange Secret" philosophy. He has aptly told us "We
become what we think about" and indeed, this law of attraction is becoming
more and more understood each day. Learn

Energy MACA Balls "The
Perfect Snack"

"Nutritious." "Wholesome ingredients." "Packed with protein."
You've seen the claims. Today's market is booming with various protein bars, energy
bars and meal replacement bars. The question is, how substantial are their health
claims? Are these bars full of nutritional value, or are they really just dressed-up
candy bars? Try this nutritious
"energy balls" instead... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: -1
cup organic peanut butter -1 cup honey -1/2 cup Peruvian Maca -4
cups of any combination of the following ingredients: -Granola -Oatmeal -Raisins-Sunflower
seeds -Dried cranberries -Flax seed (ground or whole) -Oat bran -Wheat
germ Steps: 1.
Mix peanut butter, honey and Peruvian Maca. 2. Add 4 cups of any of the additional
ingredients. My favorite combo for taste and health factor is oatmeal, cranberries,
flax seed, and peanuts. 3. To make the perfect balls, play around with the
honey (if it's too dry) and oatmeal, bran, etc (too moist) until the balls hold
their shape and aren't too gooey. Ideally, let the mix sit for few minutes before
doing the balls. 4. Now, roll the balls to about 1cm and then refrigerate (or
freeze) ... enjoy! |
