code does not take eons to adapt to its environment. For example, there is evidence
that what parents eat and the environment that they live in influences the health

for 6 servings) Ingredient Amount Chicken, cooked, cubed 2 cups Pecan,
no-salt ½ cup Apples, Granny Smith, unpeeled, cored and diced 2 cups Onion,
white, grated 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, light 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low-fat 1/2
