PERCEPTION OF LIFE

To win, you have to perceive victory in your daily activities. High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation and clear perception of live.

You'll always hit what you aim for in the long run. So why not aim high? The way of seeing or understanding our daily reality shapes our perception of life, our awareness of opportunities, our appreciation of time and our recognition that to win, we have to perceive victory in our daily activities.

Have the courage to follow your perception of life. It's the first step towards attaining your destiny. If you can perceive it, you can do it. If you don't have a clear perception of what you want, how are you going to make it come true?

New knowledge demonstrates that all aspects of existence are interrelated. Your genetic code does not take eons to adapt to its environment. For example, there is evidence that what parents eat and the environment that they live in influences the health of their offspring and that of their grandchildren. Quantum Physics teaches that nothing is fixed, that there are no limitations, that everything is vibrating Energy. The thoughts and beliefs that we live by influence our genetic code; we now have evidence that cell receptors respond to environmental input in a biochemical manner which leads to behavioral reactions based on certain portions of the DNA helix opening up to these environmental stimuli.

We have been in a losing battle over the last 70 years following a strictly scientific method of how to live a healthy life. Essential Nutrient.

 

Curried Chicken & Pecan Salad
(Recipe for 6 servings)

Ingredient Amount
Chicken, cooked, cubed 2 cups
Pecan, no-salt ½ cup
Apples, Granny Smith, unpeeled, cored and diced 2 cups
Onion, white, grated 2 Tbsp
Mayonnaise, light 1/2 cup
Yogurt, plain, low-fat 1/2 cup
Mustard, yellow 2 Tbsp.
Sal & Pepper To taste
Parsley, chopped fresh 1/3 cup

Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, apples and pecans
In a small bowl, combine the rest of ingredients and fold into chicken mix.
