Core
Energy The
more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, the more energy you
will have. -- Norman Vincent Peale (American
Protestant Clergyman and Writer, 1898-1993) | WHAT
IS CORE ENERGY?
At the core of all matter
lies energy, and the human body is no different. The energy body is a template
for the physical body. Core Energy is the balance of your physical, emotional
and mental energies. For instance, emotional energy resonates with life and spiritual
experiences, personal and professional relationships, and belief systems, which
becomes literally encoded in your spirit and cell tissue. More...

Power
vs. Force The Hidden Determinants of
Human Behavior By David R. Hawkins, M.D, Ph.D.
| Dr.
Hawkins has the credentials that should command a fair hearing. He began work
in psychiatry in 1952 and is currently the director of The Institute for Advanced
Theoretical Research. The
proposition that Dr. Hawkins presents in his "book Power vs. Force"
is that the human mind is like a computer terminal connected to a giant database.
The database is human consciousness itself, with its roots in the common consciousness
of all mankind. The unlimited information contained in the database has now been
shown to be readily available to anyone in a few seconds, at any time and in any
place. In
other words, Dr. Hawkins presents a method, using "kinesiological testing",
to get an accurate answer to any question (except predicting the future) with
a "yes or no; true or false" answer by accessing the sum total of human
experience. Kinesiological testing is a simple procedure relating to the mind-body
connection that can be performed by two people. With his research assistants,
Dr. Hawkins has performed thousands of tests of the reliability of the procedure.
I invite you to read about it and try it for yourself. Dr.
Hawkins contrasts power vs. force in the areas of politics, the marketplace, and
in sports. In politics, the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration
of Independence were both based on spiritual principles from which they derive
their power to inspire the world to pursue the democratic ideal. In business,
Wal-Mart is cited as an example of a successful principle-centered organization.
In sports, individual athletes inspire us through their devotion to the ideals
of sport, rather than their personal glory. Power
vs. Force is a Must-Read book!

MENTAL ENERGY | Olympic
medalists use mental energy for rehearsal or visualization. They mentally run
through important events before they happen.
Learn
to use a Vision Board to develop your mental energy. A Vision Board will help
you to picture yourself in your mind's eye as having already achieved your goal.
Mental energy is the faculty to mentally do the things you'll be doing when you've
reached your destination... when you have achieved your goals.
You can
be rich or poor, happy or unhappy, healthy or unhealthy, attractive or unattractive,
powerful or weak. You can decide what you want out of your life. Use your Vision
Board to mentally be able to sense it before you have it. Use your mental energy
to see it, feel it, taste it, smell it and imagine the emotions associated
with the attainment of your goal. Mental
energy is the faculty to pre-live the reality you want in your mind before you
have it. Your vision will become a powerful driving force in your life. You can
become whatever you want to be, if you use your mental energy to see the things
you want as already yours. With daily practice, they will be yours. | |
