Meaning Of Obstacle

  • Obstacle is an obstruction to the success of a plan
  • Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.
  • Obstacles are often the harbingers of change. Obstacles are also used to delay and disrupt an attacking force, upset the enemy's timing and plans, and divert him into engagement areas and be destroyed.
  • Obstacles are necessary for success because in selling, as in all careers of importance, victory comes only after many struggles and countless defeats.
  • Obstacles are nothing but tests.
  • Obstacles are internal limiting factors.
  • Once obstacles are removed, balance and harmony are restored to the person or place.
  • Obstacle can be something immaterial that stands in the way and must be circumvented or surmounted; "lack of imagination is an obstacle to one's advancement"; "the poverty of a district is an obstacle to good education".

of Activity

Do you like to have fun, and move your body, but going to the gym seems like too much work? A work out does not have to be a big sweat. Sometimes people get into a rut because they do not have an hour to exercise, but now is the time to get that out of your mind. Exercising does not have to be work. Do you enjoy walking, dancing, playing tennis, or Frisbee. What ever it may be, just move and enjoy. Even house cleaning can be your work-out friend. Blast the music, give it your all and make this 'chore' a workout.

Fun activities (You don't even feel like you're working out)

Here is a few suggestions of things that you can do that can be considered a workout. Get creative and use your imagination, just move your body and you will feel the benefits.

- Playing catch
- Dancing
- Walking with a friend
- Tennis
- Swimming
- Skating

The 5-minute work-out

Here are some other ideas, all you need is some good music and an egg timer and go for 5 minutes. Once you get started you may not want to stop…

- push-ups
- wall squats
- stair climbing
- planks
- jumping jacks
- skipping
- tricep dips
- lunges

There are 24 hours in a day and you definitely have at least 5 minutes to move your body. However, don't stop there if you feel the urge to go on, but definitely a great place to start. Good luck!
