Once

Do
you like to have fun, and move your body, but going to the gym seems like too
much work? A work out does not have to be a big sweat. Sometimes people get into
a rut because they do not have an hour to exercise, but now is the time to get
that out of your mind. Exercising does not have to be work. Do you enjoy walking,
dancing, playing tennis, or Frisbee. What ever it may be, just move and enjoy.
Even house cleaning can be your work-out friend. Blast the music, give it your
all and make this 'chore' a workout.
Fun
activities (You don't even feel like you're working out)
Here
is a few suggestions of things that you can do that can be considered a workout.
Get creative and use your imagination, just move your body and you will feel the
benefits.

Playing catch - Dancing - Walking with a friend - Tennis - Swimming -

Here
are some other ideas, all you need is some good music and an egg timer and go
for 5 minutes. Once you get started you may not want to stop

which in turn can improve your sex life - improves your mood - improves
your sleep - assists in disease prevention and adds years to your life -
manages your weight
The
next time you say to yourself that you don't have time to exercise think again.
What is your excuse and why are you making it. There are 24 hours in a day and
you definitely have at least 5 minutes to move your body. However, don't stop
there if you feel the urge to go on, but definitely a great place to start. Good
luck! Have fun! Allow your success to help you stay fit and healthy for life!
One
of the greatest surprises you'll experience, is when you discover that you
can have anything you want in life if you will sacrifice everything else for it. Your
dreams can come true if you pursue them.

and help you sit up straight. In essence, core training is an intelligent training
structure, because it strengthens weak muscles and imbalances from the inside
out.
