"Luck
is the time when your skills, talents, and vision find
and opportunity to meet."

THE TIME
FOR ACTION IS TODAY
As
events tend to repeat themselves, the tide of opportunity
will come to you.
You must be ready when an opportunity comes before you.
Be prepared and your chance for success is sure to come.
Seize an opportunity to change your life.
There
is a tide in your affairs, which, when taken at the flood,
will lead you on to fortune and success.
By the law of periodical repetition, everything which has
happened once
must happen again and again and again, not capriciously, but
at regular periods,
and each thing in it's own period, and each obeying it's own
law.
You
can change chance into good fortune if you are ready.
Luck
is the time when your preparation and opportunity meet.
Luck
will come your way once you believe that you have to make
it come your way by your own actions.
Whatever your mind can believe in, your mind will help you
achieve. You can feel luckly and have anything on earth, once
you mentally accept the fact that you are lucky.
Today,
you have the power and the opportunity to make your luck your
partner in success.

Drink Water with Sea
Salt! By
Oswaldo Koch
Try
consuming several glasses of water with a bit of sea salt
before diving into a snack to see if that takes care of your
craving. Signs of hunger may be a warning flag that your body
is need of a good drink. Nothing quells the appetite like
water with a bit of salt
Your
body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood
is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain
a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature
and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your
organs.
Water
also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects
your joints and organs. Water not only fills you up and lessens
your appetite, it prevents those "hungry horrors"
we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and we reach for
cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high-calorie treats.
Water also flushes out the system, rids the body of bloat
and toxins.
Sea
salt is a vital substance for the survival of all living creatures,
particularly humans. Water and sea salt regulate the water
content of the body. Water itself regulates the water content
of the interior of the cell by working its way into all of
the cells it reaches. There are two oceans of water in the
body; one ocean is held inside the cells of the body, and
the other ocean is held outside the cells. Good health depends
on a most delicate balance between the volume of these oceans,
and this balance is achieved by salt - unrefined salt.
To
combat this loss of fluids, the answer is simple. Drink water
with a bit of sea salt. Six to ten glasses of pure water with
a bit of salt each day are necessary to enhance your body's
functioning. Beyond helping your digestive system, getting
enough fluids will give you fresh skin, clear eyes and shining
hair. Because fruits are largely made up of water, they are
perfect snacks.

Think Like A Genius
To
be a winner, I have to think like a winner.
The starting point of any success is always to think like
a winner. As a winner, I see myself, my goals and my future
clearly. As a winner, I think about the things I want to achieve
and feel the pleasure of achieving them. As a winner, I accept
total responsibility for my actions and I take every opportunity
I can to surround myself with successful people. Each step
that I take makes me stronger and more committed to be a winner.
