What
is love? How do you feel when you are in love? It can
make us feel happy, excited, optimistic, and joyful.
It is the ultimate feel good drug and we all need our
daily fix of love. The source is unlimited and we are
all capable to give and receive as much love as we please.
Crisis is a word that is often mistaken to mean tragedy
or threat. The reality is that every crisis can be a
turning point to happiness and prosperity..
Remember, a crisis is not a bad thing. Its an
opportunity. An opportunity to question business practices;
an opportunity to improve our relationships; an opportunity
to be the best we can be and make decisions so that
you can become prosperous, beloved and happy again.

REDUCING
FAT By Sandy

By
now you know that too much fat--especially saturated fat--is
not good for you. Your body can easily store excess calories
from fat as body fat. Plus, saturated fats from animal products,
such as meats and dairy foods, can clog your arteries and
contribute to heart disease.

cups of clean mixed greens - lettuce and spinach
1 chopped tomato (or 1 small chopped apple as a substitute)
3 halves olives (Kalamata olives)
1
ounce of feta cheese (cut into small dices)
1/4
cup dried cranberries
1/2
tablespoon of dried parsley
1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In
a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk to combine.
Gradually whisk in oil. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
