High achievement always
takes place in the framework of high expectation.
~ Charles F. Kettering (American engineer, inventor
of the electric starter, 1876-1958)
Life
responds to our Expectations.
Success
or failure is up to us. What we expect to happen, happens.
We control how lucky we are. When we expect good things
to happen strangely enough, they will happen. The will
to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach our
full potential... these are the tools that we can use
to control how lucky we are.
During
The Core Challenge, people set goals and resolutions
on all kinds of dreams; to lose weight, get married
or have children, to get a job or make a career change,
to write a book or become a professional speaker, to
buy a house or move to a foreign country, to win the
lottery and to travel the world. Irrespective of your
dream, when you set a goal with a clear expectation
and then act on it to demonstrate your commitment, amazing
things occur.
Achieving
your goal for The Core Challenge, just like manifesting
a dream, begins by setting clear expectations. Your
expectation will assist you in taking great control
of your life. During The Core Challenge, you have to
think and act with clear expectation. Your daily expectation
could be to eat healthy foods, to work more productive,
to sleep 8 hours daily, or to find a new career that
you are passionate about. It could be to build better
relationships with your clients, or to spend more quality
time with loved ones or alone. It can be specific and
about something in particular or more like a quality,
such as to be more relax or kind with people.
Make
concrete steps toward fulfilling your ultimate dream,
and start the day with solid goals and clear expectation
about achieving your goals, Your expectations are where
you want to go, your goals are how you get there.

The best things in life are expected
Life
is always expanding towards more life. If you desire
to seize new opportunities and open new horizons, then
you need to add big-picture thinking to your expectation.
Big-picture
thinkers broaden their outlook by striving to learn
from every experience. They have the mental faculties
to become more aware and learn how to work at their
full potential. They cultivate the ability to think
big picture by embracing and dealing with complex and

Nuts,
beans, and lentils best for improving blood glucose
control.
Recent
study results show that eating a diet that contains
plenty of low-glycemic foods such as nuts, beans, and
lentils is best for helping people with type 2 diabetes
to improve their blood glucose control and reduce risk
factors for heart disease.
Dr
David Jenkins and colleagues studied the effectiveness
of two different diets a low-glycemic diet and
a high-cereal fiber diet on glycemic control
and cardiovascular risk factors in people with type
2 diabetes. Participants were randomly assigned to follow
one of the diets for 6 months. Results showed that those
following the low-glycemic diet saw greater improvement
in their blood glucose control and heart disease risk
factors than those following the high-cereal fiber diet.
The
authors concluded: "Lowering the glycemic index
of the diet improved glycemic control and risk factors
for coronary heart disease (CHD). These data have important
implications for the treatment of diabetes where the
goal has been tight glycemic control to avoid complications.
The reduction in HbA1c was modest, but we think it has
clinical relevance. Lowglycemic index diets may
be useful as part of the strategy to improve glycemic
control in patients with type 2 diabetes taking antihyperglycemic
medications."

Life
is like the seas. Sure, we all wish for smooth sailing...
But smooth sailing will not make you a capable captain.
The only captain that is sea-worthy is one that can
sail turbulent seas.
The
difference between the super successful and an ordinary
person is not that they didn't have any problems...
It's that they learned how to solve them. AND; they
chose their response to be proactive, not reactive.
