"You
have to leave the city of your comfort and go
into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll
discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover
is yourself.
~ Alan Alda
Developing
Intuition
What
is it that makes a person a winner? What distinguishes
those who succeed from those who fail? The answer is
"intuition." A successful person has an intuition
for success. A wealthy person has developed an intuition
for prosperity. Ingrid Bergman said it best when she
stated:
"You
must train your intuition - you must trust the small
voice inside you which tells you exactly what to say,
what to decide."
Intuition
is the ability to sense or know immediately without
reasoning. We negatively affect the natural state of
our intuition by dwelling on fear, worries, unhappiness,
tension, stress, frustration and scarcity. We develop
these negative emotions from unhealthy relationships
and environments.
On
the other hand, positive thinking works because our
intuition is designed to look for solutions to ensure
the empowerment of our core values. As you will experience
throughout the 100 days of The Core Challenge, with
practice and persistence you will develop positive thinking
and greater creativity to make your intuition your partner
in success.
Be
aware that your intuition is like a garden which can
be cultivated or neglected. You can cultivate your intuition,
or you can ignore it. If you want to make decisions
about your work, family, or relationships make it based
on a well trained and strong intuition.

Intuition and Goal Creation.
One
secret of goal creation and achievement is found through
working with intuition and hunches. When creating your
goals, notice that feeling in your gut to
determine how much energy you have for this potential
goal. Are you energized and drawn toward it? If you
consistently lack enthusiasm for the goal, it may not
be the right one.
Intuition
and hunches can often lead you to reach your goals in
totally unexpected ways as well. If you get a little
nudge to go to that meeting or take that action, pay
attention.

The
Amazing Brain!
How
to achieve your personal goals.
It
is about the size of a grapefruit. It weights about
as much as a head of cabbage. It is the greatest invention
of all times. There are perhaps about one hundred billion
neurons, or nerve cells, in the brain, and in a single
human brain the number of possible interconnections
between these cells is greater than the number of atoms
in the universe.
The
human brain is amazing! The capacity of the brain to
learn, store, and recall information is a remarkable
phenomenon. However, what is even more remarkable and
powerful is the capacity to conceive and create things.
From majestic buildings to powerful computers and means
for electronic communication, the human brain has created
artistic and scientific wonders.
Everything
that exists in our civilized world was conceived first
in the human brain. No one knows its source of creativity
but we know that the brain through the mind is somehow
connected to a superior source of creativity, beauty
and abundance.

Reading
with Intuition
Reading
walks hand in hand with intuition and prosperity. When
we learn to be an active reader, our intuition see possibilities,
alternatives and options that we could not see before.
Reading with intuition is essentially an active process.
One reader is better than another in proportion as he
or she is capable of a greater range of intuition in
reading. Please, read the following paragraph:
The
most beautiful and most profound experience is the
sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all
true science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger,
who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is
as good as dead. To know that what is impenetrable
to us really exists, manifesting itself as the highest
wisdom and the most radiant beauty which our dull
faculties can comprehend only in their primitive forms
- this knowledge, this feeling is at the center of
true religiousness. (Albert Einstein,The Merging
of Spirit and Science)
Do
you clearly remember the meaning of the previous paragraph?
Most people don't. People easily see that writing and
speaking are active processes; they sometimes fail to
realize that listening and reading are active processes
also. If you want to be an active reader, you must learn
to use your intuition to connect sentences and paragraphs
with other text literature, movies, ideas, etc.
Whether
you read paragraph-by-paragraph or sentence-by-sentence,
relate each unit to the others. Ask: "How does
this connect with what went before?" and "Where
is this leading?" Try to get an overview as well
as a close-up; see the forest as well as the trees.
Information is more memorable if it contributes to a
well-organized whole instead of remaining in small discrete
bits. Read the following paragraph and try to connect
each sentence:
A
human being is part of the whole called by us universe
, a part limited in time and space. We experience
ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something
separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion
of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison
for us, restricting us to our personal desires and
to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our
task must be to free ourselves from the prison by
widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living
creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. We
shall require a substantially new manner of thinking
if mankind is to survive. (Albert Einstein)
Active reading will improve your comprehension and your
mental skills to beging thinking like a genius. As a
result, day by day you will experience better intuition
and creativity.

Life
is like the seas. Sure, we all wish for smooth sailing...
But smooth sailing will not make you a capable captain.
The only captain that is sea-worthy is one that can
sail turbulent seas.
The
difference between the super successful and an ordinary
person is not that they didn't have any problems...
It's that they learned how to solve them. AND; they
chose their response to be proactive, not reactive.
