Principles
To "Eat By" | There
are three universal principles that apply to anyone: balance, moderation and
consistency. by
Jamie Beuthin With
all the different diets out there right now, it's easy to become confused about
what to eat. Pick up almost any magazine and you will find an article on dieting
or food. What I find astonishing is that everybody seems to have adifferent answer.
Who do you believe? Everybody
is different, so I cannot answer that question. But I believe there are three
universal principles that apply to anyone: balance, moderation and consistency.
Balance means getting the right combination of protein, carbohydrates,
and fat in your meals. Moderation means eating the correct quantity
of food required by your body to perform with great efficiency. Consistency
means developing the discipline to follow your diet on a daily basis.

Dreams
vs. Goals Make
a Change - Make a Difference | The
best thing about dreams is that fleeting moment, when you are between asleep and
awake, when you don't know the difference between reality and fantasy, when for
just that one moment you feel with your entire soul that the dream is reality,
and it really happened. To
make your dreams a reality; to attain success or to reach your goal, don't worry
about having all the answers in advance. You just need to have a clear idea of
your goal and move toward it. Don't
procrastinate when faced with a difficult problem. Break your problems into parts
and handle one part at a time. It's your constant and determined effort that will
eventually break down all resistance and sweep all the barriers before you. Persistence
means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that's necessary to reach
your goal. Create
new ideas through daydreaming and develop a tendency towards action. Make a change,
you can make your dreams happen today. Break your big plan for success into small
steps and take the first step right away. Make a difference now!

MASTERQUOTES |

YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU DEEPLY DESIRE | Having
a deeply desire. You can have what you want. You really can make a reality everything
you want, if you go after it with a deep desire. The
first and most important ingredient of success is desire. Do you know what
you want? Your desire is the planting of your seed. Your
desire for success must be so strong within you that it's the very breath of your
life. It must be your first thought when you wake in the morning, and your
last thought when you go to bed at night. You
can live the reality you want. You can be whatever you make up your mind to be.
Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.
